Spread the Word

Money is the lifeblood of every organisation and UMT are no exception. Particularly when you consider the expense we go to in putting on a show. It is not difficult to spend in excess of £15000 just to bring you the excellent shows we always put on. So it is important to raise funds throughout the year and sell tickets to the public we are so welcome to see. A significant part of the revenue we achieve comes from two sources. The first and major source are all the advertisers who purchase adverts in our fabulous programmes throughout the year and also pages on the website. The second are those companies who provide commissions for purchases bought through the links on our website at Without them we would have to find that money from somewhere else, namely the membership.

Therefore, in order to show our thanks, all we ask is that you pay them a visit or consider them when you come to make a purchase. Urmston Town Centre is still in a state of flux and rejuvenation but these local businesses are keeping it alive and they support us, helping us to our success. This post is devoted to those businesses and thanks to them we can strut our stuff on stage at least twice a year. How else would I be able to wear the garish and outlandish costumes that you all have seen me in.
